The studio apartment on the ground floor consists of a sleeping area, bathroom, fully equipped kitchen with an inviting dining area and a living area with a comfortable sofa bed and flat screen. It has a ceiling height of 3.40 m. In the sleeping area you sleep in a high quality king size box spring double bed and a sofa bed. On request, we can provide you with travel cots (60x 120 cm) and high chairs. Please contact us in advance. In the bathroom with shower, toilet and sink, we provide our guests with towels, hair dryer, soap and shampoo. There is also a washing machine, a tumble dryer and an ironing station available for use. We lay out smaller folding maps with markings of tourist attractions, underground and S-Bahn network and sights for our guests to take with them. For drivers: Parking your car in front of the front door and in all surrounding streets is completely free and secure (public parking). Unfortunately, we cannot provide our own parking spaces.
