My - integrated in our house - basement apartment (57 sqm) in the green heart of Berlin is almost on the subway (900 meters away) and offers a terrace in the lovingly designed garden and free high-speed WiFi and television (smart home). The spacious accommodation is equipped with everything your heart desires. A special highlight of the apartment is the infrared sauna, the piano and the garden, an exclusive part of which is only available for our guests (pictures).

An enjoyable stay in a spacious apartment. The apartment was comfortable even during a heatwave.Andrew was a very attentive host, suggesting excursions for our trip to Berlin.It was nice to stay in a quiet neighborhood outside the city centre.

Interstellar

Nice and quiet in a nice basement space with pleasant design and all that's required for a week of more. A sauna provided and an upright piano which allowed some practice time to work on one of Zimmer's Interstellar, the Cornfield Chase piece. I need to get a piano, so fun. Of a minor note(ahem, lol not with the piano), there were found in one of the kitchen cupboards some items, an open bag of chips and some ginger kuchen left from someone. No big deal, just threw them away. I think we left some stuff behind as well, running late at departure time to meet our taxi. It was clean comfortable and warm, during the Oct nights we were there, heating perfectly. The washer worked great too and the little robot vac stayed nicely tucked away in it's little dock over in the corner. The wifi/Wlan internet access provided was excellent so no worries at all for connectivity while inside or in garden outside. A problem for some travelers perhaps, not with the space was in that we had virtually no cell signal so data sim card was useless. It's worth noting that even outside on the street there was very little cell signal available for the carrier I was with at the time, Vodaphone on Deutche I think. Didn't even try looking for other networks available, connectivity was fine inside the apt and outdoor garden area. If they'll have us, we'll certainly be back. Thank you Andre, you're a warm and friendly host with just the right support for arrival and during our stay. K and U

Nette Wohnung in guter Lage

Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Der Vermieter ist sehr freundlich und für Wünsche offen. Die Wohnung liegt super in einer ruhigen Strasse mit guter Anbindung an die U-Bahn. Für einen Kurztrip mit viel Sightseeing super.

Für zwei Personen sehr groß, erscheint die Souterrainwohnung wie ein Loft oder Atelier. An den Lichtverhältnissen und dem leider feucht-muffigen Geruch wird allerdings erkennbar, das man in einer Kellerwohnung gelandet ist. Die Ausstattung ist nahezu komplett. In den zahlreichen leeren Schränken der EBK hätten allerdings noch Frühstücksteller ihren Platz gefunden. Wasserversorgung und Abwasser sind mit jeder Menge Geräusch verbunden. Langschläfer haben hier auch ein Problem: Das Leben der Vermieter hört man frühmorgens mit. Die positiven Aspekte gleichen allerdings alles aus: Problemloser Check-in/out, freundlicher Gastgeber, extreme Sauberkeit, gemütlicher Aussenbereich, PKW-Stellplatz auf dem Grundstück, Highspeed Internet, sehr ruhige Lage und schnell in der City und somit gern mal wieder gekommen.

Schöne, gemütliche Ferienwohnung

Top ausgestattete Wohnung, die keine Wünsche offen lässt. Vor allem das große Badezimmer mit Waschmaschine und die Infrarotsauna hat es uns angetan. Das WLAN ist, wie versprochen, sehr schnell und die Betten sehr bequem. Alt-Mariendorf ist etwas ab vom Schuss, was wir auch wollten, hat jedoch eine gute Verkehrsanbindung. Die Vermieter sind superlieb und Ben, der Golden Retriever, ist zum Knuddeln. Wir kommen gerne wieder :-)

Best in Berlin

Very efficient basement apartment with private entrance in a very quiet, family neighborhood. The owner was simply fantastic to work with and he graciously provided us with detailed answers and guidance to maximize our stay in Berlin. Located an easy 13 minutes walk to UBahn Alt-Mariendorf and main bus connections. We easily traveled throughout Berlin with this apartment as our hub. The kitchen and adjacent dining area were adequate, and the large bathroom included access to a wash machine. Clothes were hung to dry in an adjacent drying room. We were able to logon on to our Netflix account of the television. Will gladly return!

Relativ große Souterrainwohnung mit volleingerichteter Küche, gemütlicher Essecke. Großer moderner Flach-TV und Couch davor zum relaxen. Großer Kleiderschrank, kleine Bar mit Hocker davor. Gute Belüftungsmöglichkeit durch mehrere Kippfenster. Separates Badezimmer mit einer sehr großen Duschkabine. Vor dem separaten Eingang kleine Sitzecke nur für den Gast. Besonders erwähnenswert für Gäste, die mit dem PKW anreisen. In der Einfahrt zum Haus eigener Stellplatz für den PKW. Sehr freundlicher Vermieter mit ganz liebem Golden Retriever. Wir waren rundherum sehr zufrieden. 1 Woche waren wir vor Ort. Sehr zu empfehlen, Heidi und Ulli

Super netter Vermieter, ruhige Lage, Parkplatz an der Straße aber innerhalb 100m immer frei, ruhige Familienhaussiedlung, eigener Eingang, eigene kleine Terrasse, nicht im Pudding, Innenstadt mit dem PKW in 15 min. zu erreichen, ÖPNV bestimmt ähnlich, gerne wieder.
