“This is the most amazing hotel. The staff are delightful, the welcome drink we chose was a very nice white wine from the local area. “Tolle Lage am Waldrand, extrem ruhig. Das Apartment war sehr schön und alles Notwendige war vorhanden. Die Betten sind bequem, das Bad ist sauber und geräumig. Das Frühstück wird sehr liebevoll zubereitet. Der Pool ist ein echtes Highlight.”

“The building is beautiful from the outside, but it is in desperate need of maintenance and renovation on the inside.
The only positive aspects of my stay were the breakfast buffet, which was excellent, and the housekeeping staff. The cleaning team did an outstanding job and kept the rooms clean and well maintained throughout my stay.
Overall, despite a few positive points, I would not consider this a true four-star hotel and would not choose to stay here again.”

“Bad service and accommodation for the price!
For a new hotel the room is extremely badly designed. No socket for the kettle, constant buzzing sound from the electric box and poor drainage in the shower leading to a bad smell. Cleaning is also bad. Used toothpick found in the sink area and left there for four days. Mugs left unwashed. Coffee/amenities in the room not topped up.
Breakfast is not worth the money and runs out of food at least an hour before breakfast is due to finish, staff very……
