They picked us up from the airport and took us to the grocery store for snacks and such and made sure we had everything we needed. We didn’t have set plans upon arriving so we took their suggestion to visit Lamanai and it was the perfect recommendation. The Gecko Bungalow grounds are so lovely; well decorated and comfortable. The property was a bit difficult to find at first, but it was comfortable to feel slightly tucked away and off the Main Street. The location is convenient to much of what we wanted to see in Belize City. The studio apartment was neat and clean with all of the accessories that we would have wanted.
