「The place was clean but the photos are showing 2 places. The beds were confortable. The bedroom were not insonorated like it was written so we could ear lots of neighborhood dogs barking at night. Overall the place had everything we needed to visit that local part of Belize.」

「This is a nice place to stay. It has a few things to work on. They need to have more coffee available or put coffee pots in every room. A dessert menu would be nice and or a place that sells snacks on site. It’s not really close to a store. The staff 」

「Had ocean view but no chairs on tiny patio. Upgraded our room but our friends had a way bigger room. Guess upgrade was the tiny balcony. Breakfast buffet was horrible 2 days in a row. Lunch they would not bring food out to pool area and had to go eat Chinese buffet inside. Was silly because the first day they brought out the best chicken fingers I ever had to pool chair. Dave was awesome server」

「This place is great! Joyce is on top of everything and helped us with laundry one day and even gave us free pork buns the morning we were leaving. The garden is so beautiful. I would definitely stay here again. AC worked great!」

「The room was clean and well supplied. The information booklet was greatly appreciated and help select restaurant for our evening meal. It was the first booklet supplied to us the entire month of our trip. 」

「We had the place to ourselves and the beautiful wildlife right on the river. Shanna and Kenny were wonderful and handled every aspect of our trip. The pool and bbq were fun! I would definitely stay here again. The family of Howler Monkeys with babies were my favorite part. Peaceful, serene, and in the jungle.」

「Go here! We took our 17 and 12 y/o and no one wanted to leave. The staff is the friendliest and most anticipatory you will come across. They have your table setup each day, if they hear you mention wanting to try something they will make it happen (they literally went into the jungle and picked bread fruit for us), and they had items ready for every activity we had mentioned possibly wanting to do. They gave jungle, water activities, and excursions and they are all the cheapest we have...

「The property was run down and in terrible condition. Rooms had windows in terrible state of repair allowing insects and lizards in to the room. Bugs in the bed and on the sheets. We received many bites. If it weren’t for the very kind staff member we would have turned around and walked out, even if we had to forfeit the money paid!」

「The water didn’t work no way to shower or brush teeth wasn’t told until we arrived but made the best of it the man who stays on the property was helpful and did his best to make sure we had what we needed but again no running water is a big deal 」

「Property was clean and quiet. We had an excellent stay and the onsite management was very friendly and accomodating. He made us a wonderful breakfast, provided a shuttle and a recommendation for dinner and got us to the airport ontime. Thank you!」
