"The hotel is located in the city centre and within easy walk of the main railway station. The room was well equipped and comfortable. The breakfast buffet was plentiful. I also liked the coffee and tea station on the 4th floor where you could make free coffees and teas. The staff were very helpful and professional. The only very minor comment I would make is that the hand towels in the bathroom were very small."

10/10 Excellent
"We liked the "kitchen" though there wasn't an oven to do pizza. (go to the 8th floor common room and use that one) The common room was never busy while we were there so if you want a comfortable spot to browse the internet or watch a game on your laptop that is a good spot. If there are two of you, pulling the other half of the bed out every evening was a bit of a chore but not a deal breaker. The bathroom was spacious by Swiss standards BUT the glass doors could make it awkward for some people. The location was VERY convenient being right next to the train station and surprisingly at night you had to strain to hear the trains. Another surprise was the rooftop terrace with a great view of the mountains. The price was fair and I would stay there again."

"so this is my third day within a three month period of time started out horrible. They took us in a room that was very small not equivalent to what I paid for before. I called to complain about this. It did have a king bed but extremely small I felt like it was because I booked it through eBay to be honest I think they get priorities to people that book directly to the hotel. The shower broke on my fiancé could not be fixed they wanted us to stay in the room. I demanded another room. I was given another room in this room. The air conditioner was not working at all. I finally was very frustrated. Spoke with a manager by the way it was excellent. He went above board to make us happy gave us an upgrade to much larger room very cool air conditioning great service. He truly saved my opinion in this hotel the reason why it’s four star rating is because of him his name is Ricardo. I believe he was a assistant manager, but went above board to try to make up for all the wrongs of the hotel so I’ll be returning because of this gentleman."
