Welcome to the Beach and Bush Getaway, nestled in the serene town of Berrara! This delightful holiday rental offers the perfect blend of coastal charm and natural beauty, providing an idyllic escape for up to four guests.

- Linen and towels are not supplied (contact our office for the local linen hire company)
- No Garage
- No smoking inside the house
- No Pets allowed.
- No Wi-Fi
- Firewood is not supplied

Inside:
Upon entering this lovely abode, you'll find yourself in the cosy lounge room, complete with a warm and inviting fireplace, perfect for those chilly evenings or relaxing moments with loved ones. To the left of the lounge room, you'll discover two comfortable bedrooms, each thoughtfully designed to ensure a restful night's sleep. Adjacent to the bedrooms lies a well-appointed bathroom, equipped with all the necessary amenities.

Moving forward from the lounge room, you'll be welcomed into the kitchen and dining area. The kitchen boasts ample space to prepare delicious meals. Enjoy delightful dining experiences with your fellow guests at the charming dining area, creating lasting memories together.

To the left of the kitchen, you'll find the convenient laundry room, complete with an additional toilet for added convenience during your stay.

Outside:
The true highlight of the Beach and Bush Getaway awaits just beyond the kitchen – step into the backyard oasis! Here, you can soak up the sun and revel in the lush greenery surrounding the property. Step out onto the spacious deck, tastefully furnished with seating and a BBQ, making it an ideal spot for outdoor gatherings and sizzling barbecues. Whether you're sipping your morning coffee or enjoying a relaxing evening under the stars, the deck will undoubtedly become one of your favourite spots to unwind.

As for the location, this rental couldn't be more perfect. A mere five to ten-minute stroll will take you to the stunning Berrara Beach and Lagoon, where you can enjoy sun-soaked days by the water, indulge in beach activities, or take refreshing dips in the ocean. Additionally, the rental is conveniently situated just a short drive away from a local café, offering a delightful selection of treats to satisfy your cravings.

Upon booking we require a security deposit plus credit card details. Once the property is inspected after your departure and no issues are found your security deposit will be released into your nominated bank account via BSB and Account Number and credit card details are destroyed within two weeks.
