“The gentleman at check-in was rude and not very welcoming. He did not explain the hotel's amenities and was not helpful when I asked about changing my room, even though I offered to pay for an upgrade. In contrast, the lady at the reception was friendly and professional, and the breakfast team was warm, attentive, and provided excellent service.”

“The view is amazing and I look forward to staying here again. Breakfast was better than most im picky about gravy and this one was good. Pool was refreshing and the waterfall added a nice effect. Im a cigar smoker and there was a gazebo by the outdoor BBQ grill and picnic tables where us cool smokers hang out and meet interesting others.”

“Had a late check in there was someone there to check me in with minimal wait. That was a plus. Room was decent size. I do not believe room was completely cleaned, pillowcases on one bed smelled used. Shower curtain had mold on it, did not feel comfortable taking shower in it . Even though motel said smoke free smelled of smoke. Would not stay there again.”

“The room was very clean and comfortable; the newly renovated bathroom had a great shower; the fridge had a dedicated freezer compartment; there was a nice breakfast table with chairs; and the owner & staff were very welcoming. You would need to bring your own hangars and be aware there is no coffeemaker. We would definitely stay there again.”

“We had a King and couch sleeper. The couch was very uncomfortable to sleep on for the 3rd guest. Everything else was excellent.”

“It's a bad experience, I'm a businessman who stays in hotels a lot, and they call you out early, even if it's not the check-out time, the pillows are hard, even though there are four of them, none of them can sleep, they put the coffee machine in the toilet room.”

“Staff was excellent i had a delayed flight then a canceled flight and the hotel still held my room to the next day, very professional I would stay there again”

“Property is well maintained. Staff is friendly. Channel options are very limited. WiFi requires extra authentication not explained on checkin. Lobby phone a constant “busy” when called from the room phone. Good place to sleep; communications challenging. Solid 4 for the price.”

“The AC unit needs to be in the bedroom area if not they need to tear the wall down for better air circulation to the bedroom area. A ceiling fan would be ideal for better circulation. Please turn on AC and fridge before guest arrives so it can be cool at arrival especially during summer months. It was hot in there when we arrived. Disappointed. It took a long while to cool room and wasn’t cool enough throughout the night.”
