“The choices of food was not great, it felt like prison that we couldn’t use any part of the hotel after 11pm as everywhere was locked until 8am. When we used the pool outside there was a mice in there happily swimming, when we advised the Hotel someone from maintenance came and took it out with a net he I didn’t use any other equipment or anything to clean the pool. We then refused to go into the pool and nothing was done about it. We were overcharged for something we didn’t have on our check……

“property itself was good and room was well maintained. main reason for the 3 star rating is the location. although it was only five min from the airport but there was negligible public transportation specially on a sunday. closest stop was in a parking lot which required 8-10 min walk through a main road with no sidewalk etc. night time area looked quite shady. no places to eat nearby. i would suggest only using it if you had a rental car or for a night in case you have an early flight to……

“It is a beautiful spot! The rooms are very spacious and clean. The floors are a terracotta or stone tile and you need to wear slippers or shoes on them. The outdoor furniture is nice but very old and in need of freshening up and cleaning. The pool is stunning and a nice break in warmer afternoons. The breakfast was well done and great start to the day. Plenty of hot water and water pressure. The office was very helpful.”

“This was amazing. A little distance from Catania centre but we had a car so that didn't matter. A lovely relaxed place right on the sea with access. Rooms were large and well maintained. Great atmosphere.”

Refused to help me in altering my booking at all, even though I contacted them 5 minutes after making my booking (which was two weeks out...) Very unprofessional resort. Will not be coming back. “The "total spa" experience is very underwhelming. Access to a sauna, steam room, is not a "total" experience. The foot treatment consisting of ruining a walk on progressively more painful rocks was so bad we had to laugh. But... rooms were good and the staff were very pleasant. Everything else, that is standard, was really good.”

“Location is good the breakfast is above the average and the parking is nice. Stop in front of the hotel and they park for you. Garage is 22euro per night. Room is spacious but they didn’t replace the used personal items - tissue paper, conditioner etc. ”
