We stayed for 3 nights at the White Swan. We booked at 2 days notice, and got the last room available, so I wasn’t surprised that it was quite a smallish room, but very very clean and comfortable. Breakfast - the Northumbrian - was magnificent, setting us up for a full days walking with no room or need for lunch. Then in the evening, it was a village pub, with village pub prices, friendly staff and locals happy to talk, and really great food, again at very reasonably prices. We really enjoyed our stay and I can wholeheartedly recommend the White Swan without hesitation.

Nice little hotel for an overnight stay.

A nice little room for an overnight stay while on the way to Scotland, with an excellent breakfast included in the price. The rooms could do with a bit of decor, though, and the beds could be a little more comfortable.

Lovely little B&B in Lowick with a nice large room, very comfy bed and huge bath. The Bar was great, staff really friendly and we had dinner there was was nice and breakfast the following day was tasty.
