「Great property. New and comfy. 」

「The room itself is nice, but advertised as a two bedroom, when it was actually a one bedroom with a loft for the second bedroom. Furniture was in need of deep clean due to the cloth being dirty from prior guest. Loved the fact that the room included a closed in garage, although it is only big enough for a small car. Room was nice and cool when we arrived, which I really liked. Area is quite considering where it’s located and there is a food court within walking distance.」

「Matt was an amazing host, clear and prompt in communications and friendly. The mattresses were new and comfortable! Truly, many places skimp on the quality of the mattress, and this place did not. We had amazing sleep here. The location is central to everything, which is great. Parking can be a little difficult, especially if you're in a truck. If you're looking for location with a well-equipped kitchen and good beds, this is the place to stay! 」

「Unfortunately we only got to stay in this lovely house for one night. We were in Birmingham for a doctor's appointment at UAB Kirklin. The property was in a great location for our visit and definately met our needs. Especially the off-street parking and the easy access (no steps) to the house. We were with our 90 year old parent and this type of easy access was very important...and hard to find! Also, the house was clean, well kempt and had a nice mixture of old and remodled.」

「It was a good location, and overall it was a nice place. However, there was black hair all over the floors and towels and bedding. We had to wash everything and pick up chunks off of the floor, so we don’t believe it was cleaned well prior to check-in. And the check-in process was not simple as we had to fill out their check-in form twice and didn’t know they didn’t have the first one until we were already there. But once we were in, it was okay. Then there were 3 or 4 breakers that tripped...
