“After waiting to check in for almost 30 minutes because the front desk person disappeared, the room I paid for was not available. I paid for a suite and got a 2 bed regular room because all those rooms were booked. The guy at the front counter said she would give me a discount but here we are a week later and I didn't get the discount. One of the beds had pillows with hair on all the pillows. The TV was wop sided so I had to find something to prop it. I guess other than that it was ok.……
“The room was clean. The only problem we had was the bed foundation. They are metal and we had to change rooms because the first room's bed was so noisy...it banged every time you moved. It was loud and kept my husband awake the first night. We were given a different room, which was much nicer. It still had a metal foundation but it wasn't as noisy. You might want to switch to a different set up for the foundations.”
