"The common areas were dirty probably due to the weather. The parking lot and area in front of the entrance was very icy and slippery. The receptionist was on a personal call the entire time while checking me in. There was no place to get cold water. The pantry was poorly stocked."

"The breakfast was fresh but closed down early and there were a few people that loaded up on the breakfast (had about 10 plates stacked up) and cleared out what was left before it closed"

"My son had a great time in the water park and the staff was excellent. The food was good with lots of family friendly activities and with the Mall of America so close there's even more opportunities for family fun. My only complaints were a very uncomfortable bed that was one of the worst I have ever slept on and the fact that everything is so expensive to the point our family ate at MOA most of the time because it was less expensive."

There was a man sitting on the floor at the end of the hallway with no shirt on. The customers look like they on drugs. I smelled marijuana in the hallways. The next morning when I was trying to leave there were police everywhere on the premises. I felt unsafe the whole time. "
