"My partner and myself stayed here for 2 nights. The pod it's self is tidy, clean, small kitchenette with microwave and toaster, also there is a breakfast hamper, the fridge is stocked with the basics. The pod opens out onto a beautifully kept Japanese garden with Koi pond. Ian and Caz are great hosts and are at the end of a text or call if there are any problems. There is also a hot tub available which just topped off this amazing little retreat. Myself and Darren will definately be coming back....

"Although the write up states the pool is 5 minutes drive away the photos indicate there is a pool on the premises. The photos show an empty pool but I would imagine it to be busy as it is in a sports centre. If you have children the times they can swim are very limited so we didn’t bother to use the pool. We hired a hot tub from the venue, they use Norfolk Spas and Leisure. The hot tub was filthy, I have photos. The delivery of the hot tub was made late because of a glitch with the Reply To Host...

"A great spot to stay for a family wedding in town! We enjoyed the hot tub and needed help with a few things and Helen was amazing and very prompt with helping. We asked for fans and she had them the next morning!!! Amazing. Rafa (the dog) hung around and we enjoyed his company."

Resolved quickly as another arrival had taken all the keys from box!! Reasonably spacious airy flat in good location close to nightlife and shops (but not riverside or cathedral view as advertised) but close to both. Easy walk into all the amenities in town. "We had an absolutely wonderful stay in Norwich. Most mornings we walked along the banks of the river and into the city. After some disastrous online booking we were relieved that this apartment was as advertised and worked well for us. We will definitely use it again when we are back in Norwich."

"Love stay as usual. Want happy about the bar area. One of the female members of staff was very rude to my wife we she wasn’t with me. The night ended it tears. It was completely uncalled for. Toilet in the room had mild around the rim made me feel a bit sick while in the bath trying to relax. Nice cub. Let down by the staff at the bar as and we’re only in there for 5 minutes getting a jug of water and ice as the room was rather warm"
