Nice house, esp the den with the antiques! Great tucked away location, with a manageable walk to the beach and stores. Clean when we arrived. Well stocked with utensils, etc. Appeared to have some maintenance issues and there were broken items when we got there, the coffee table had very loose legs and the towel bar in downstairs bathroom looked like one side was about to come off, so we avoided using both. The dish washer was also not working. We were not told about the dishwasher in advance but found out when we had an unexpected visit from an appliance repair person who said it had been reported before we got there, which was a bit interruptive of our relatively short visit. We tried multiple times to reach Vacasa about if there were any other issues or if we would expect any more people that needed to come into the house, and always got notes they were reaching out the local office but then never heard back. Could also use new pillows up stairs, when stripping the beds, some pillows were very yellowed/stained and one had a blood stain on it, which was yucky to find. Photos were sent to property manager.
