Great community and house for a reunion!

Spacious floor plan with plenty of comfortable beds and bathrooms. Not far from the beach and walking distance to pool, amenity center and grocery store. End of season wear and tear and could use a deep clean but overall, very pleased and we would rent this house again.

Great house for a family trip!

Beautiful spacious house for a family beach getaway

We loved staying here. The house was very spacious and well maintained. We wish we could have had time to take advantage of some of the amenities such as the pool, but we spent most of the time at Bethany beach, which is really close. This property was a really great price for the amount of space and the location. Definitely recommend!

Family vacation

Awesome house. So spacious. Great common area for dinner. The media room and main floor TV room for gaming was perfect to entertain kids after the beach or pool. Owner was very responsive to any issue that came up. If you have a large group definitely look into this property. We will definitely rent again the next time we came to Bethany Beach.

Lots of Room

If you're looking for a place for a big gathering, this could be the place for you. Lots of room to sit, visit and reacquaint with family and friends. The pool is great! It's a great property location. There's a store in walking distance.

Vacation/WFH space

I celebrated a long weekend with 4 friends during my stay. This property was great for friends who needed to work from home and still had enough space to be comfortable. The movie room with the recliner was a hit and the open concept living space made for enjoyable evenings around the kitchen. I would definitely recommend this property for large family gatherings as it was extremely spacious. Although the property was not walking distance to the beach, it was in a safe community that was walking distance to a supermarket, which was much appreciated! Additionally, it was very clean on arrival, but would recommend bringing cleaning supplies and extra trash bags for larger groups as not many were provided.

Nice house but technical problems

We rented this house for a golf weekend. The weekend got kind of rained out and we were unable to use the home theater and unable to get cable on the television. our contact with a Vacassa Did not result in anybody coming to figure out why the Home theater and Kabel we’re not working

Great weekend getaway for friends

Spacious house with great first floor for hanging out and cooking. Plenty of rooms to stay in for everyone and space. Nice large kitchen and convenient to drive to Dewey beach.

Big and comfortable

Love this house. This is our second stay here. The space is very accommodating for a large group! It minutes aways from ocean city. The neighborhood is cute and quiet. The only negative is the minor upkeep needed on the house;( walls need repainting, upgrades on kitchen appliances * refrigerator ice maker, update or new cookware) upgrade on the internet…. With such a large home, the internet should reach throughout the house for many devices. Overall I would recommend without a doubt. I’m sure that me and my family will stay again😊

Spacious airy home, could have been better maintained and cleaned for the price

The house was very spacious with a nice kitchen and living room, plenty of space to spread out for our group of nine adults and six kids. Maintenance issues involve fixtures -- the faucet and doorhandle for the first floor bedroom and bathroom were loose. At least two of the bathroom doors did not fully close as they were warped. The grill was very slow and dirty (the dirt may have had something to do with the fact that it didn't get hot enough), so it took a long time to grill anything. This was an issue as we planned on grilling for many of our meals. There were also conflicting/unclear check out instructions related to the linens. One set of instructions on the fridge said there would be a $75 charge for any dirty linens uncollected in the provided bags, but the app check-out instructions specifically stated to "leave sheets on the beds (don't worry about washing them--we've got it covered)." There was a third set of instructions on the large envelope where the keys were provided. We also noticed that the floors were not clean on day one - it was noticeably grimy and we could feel sand on the bare floor. While small bottles of shampoo, conditioner, and soap bars were provided, each bathroom had 2 rolls of toilet paper. When we called to check if there was more somewhere, we were told that we needed to buy them "like we would for our own house." Kind of odd given that they provide other hotel-like amenities (like the shampoo kits). Some transparency around what toiletries are and are not provided ahead of time would be helpful. Overall for the amount of money we paid, we expected a better maintained and cleaner house with more hospitable touches. It was our first time using Vacasa and I am not sure we would use again.

Spacious huge house great for large families, close to beach

House is spread out with lots of spaces for kids and adults to spread out. 5 bathrooms is extremely helpful with larger groups. Nice to have linens & towels provided, made packing up the car a lot easier.

Lovely home

Amazing house

This is an amazing, huge house and worked perfectly for ourselves, and our three adult 'children', their spouses, and our grandchildren. It was also very nice to have the linens provided. Just be sure that you are ok with not being within walking distance to the beach. The public parking areas and beaches are super crowded.

Salt Pond vacation

Great beach house!

This house is great for a big group- 3 floors- 5 bathrooms with showers and a nice big open space on the main floor where everyone can be together. The cleaning service also did a great job. My only criticism is not of the actual house but the lack of cleaning supplies (none available) and the trash situation. Trash gets taken out only once a week so the garbage was overflowing when we arrived, we had to take out the last guests trash (gross). There is only one trash bin (small for a large group). And the only safe way to get to the trash can is through the neighbors yard because there is a huge tree in the way.

A great house for large groups and families.

The house was open and spacious and still has enough rooms to get some “me” time. Lovely neighborhood and neighbors. Since we were there during the slow season, the neighborhood was pretty quiet. I agree with many who stated how comfortable the beds were and on the surface things were very neat and clean. It looked just like the pictures. There was some detailed cleanliness in areas not many use or frequent.
