“Room was very clean. Staff was friendly. My only issue was the room didn't have a microwave.”

“飯店很老舊，房間裝潢可以看出很有年紀了。浴室的沖涼設備不良”

“For staying there for 7 nights we only had service once for our room and we were suppose to have it every other day and no one emptied our garbage for the whole week. I was really disappointed with the cleaning service.”

“Ours was a quick overnight stay as part of a road trip. Convenient location and efficient stopover. Perfect!”

“I called ahead of time to ensure late check in, they said they would check me in early and note that I won’t actually be arriving until later. I came in the next day and they said the reservation had been canceled because I was checking in too late and I have to “take it up with expedia.” However, I had stayed at this same location and checked in late at the same time the week before and there was no issues. They made a mistake this time and then told me there was nothing they could do about it……

“Perfect day! We enjoyed the Jacuzzi in the room. Will definitely stay again when we come to Cincinnati. Definitely recommend staying. Plenty of restaurants around. It definitely is in the middle of more like the outer skirts of nowhere. Not the city. But definitely nice.”

“The staff is excellent and very helpful and friendly The room was very spacious, King Bed Executive Room and the bathroom was very spacious and well lit and clean My friends stayed in a room with 2 Queen beds, and they were actually Queen Beds! And their bathroom was also large spacious and clean The Restaurant in the hotel was excellent for breakfast lunch and dinner! And free parking beside the hotel. It’s located in a very nice area. Very safe and quiet, yet there was great shopping and……

“Close to a number of restaurants and easy access off of the highway! Plenty of parking! Maintenance in our room was poor as the bathroom door was broken and they knew about it and still book us into that room. There are no coffee makers in the rooms but you can ask for one. The bedding was stained and the soap dispensers empty. The floor does not have carpet, which I liked, but not super clean. Not impressed with their lack of attention to details that matter.”

“饭店不是很大，但干净便捷，设施齐全，边上就是电影院，还有超市，Spa，酒吧等，房间里有厨房可以自己做饭，虽然我没有做过，还有一个大冰箱，以后有机会再来。”

“We like that it is within walking distance of the levy and the breakfast is always great. Clean room and great staff!”

“My TV had a personalized welcome message when I arrived. Rooms were clean, plenty of towels and a nice view. The Staff were very friendly and welcoming.”

“Bedding had several burns and the mattress was broken. Almost rolled out of bed. Other than that, it would have been a pretty good place to stay.”
