“The staff were friendly and courteous. The beds were really comfortable and the hotel was super quiet. The lighting was the soft incandescent (non-day light) lighting which is conducive to sleep. My only suggestion is it would be nice if they had a hot tub. ”

“Rooms were relatively clean but floors could’ve been swept and mopped, sheets had stains on them. Breakfast was very limited to just muffins and coffee. Also we could hardly sleep with how loud it was in our room hearing people being loud in the hallways. Felt like it was a very thin wall in between. Our room didn’t smell bad but the hallways did.”

“The room itself was average, but as a single woman traveling I was disappointed that the front desk clerk gave me a first floor room with an adjoining room. I would have asked to change rooms but the check in process alone took a very loooong time, and he really seemed to be struggling with it. I had plans and didn’t have time to wait. I just felt uncomfortable when I got back. ”

“GPS did not do a good job directing us to the hotel, even though it is easy to get too. The property was clean, and rooms were very clean. Breakfast was good too. I also liked that there is a coffee/hot water machine always on in the lobby.”

“The facility was very nice as well as the staff. My issue is that they cancelled the reservation that was supposed to be paid when I got there because they charged my card on file which had expired. Since it declined, they cancelled the reservation that I’ve had since October. The staff found me a room but it was a little more than my reservation. I don’t like how Expedia tells us that we can pay onsite but then the hotel charges your card before you get there. ”
