「We specifically booked this place for the kitchen as doing long hours and couldn’t afford to eat out all days but there was a kitchen with a coffee machine and kettle - no proper cookware as said on the listing. We also had no info on check in until we had to ring 20mins before. Additionally - we thought we had booked a private bathroom and had to then pay more for that through a bit of a dodgy WhatsApp system. We also ran out of toilet paper and was told multiple times more was being brought...

「Studio apartment was really good and perfect size. It is well equipped with everything you need. The apartment is on a busy road so there js road noise which is to be expected. There is a terrace at the rear of the property which can be used by everyone and is lovely to sit out on. You are asked for a security deposit and ID before check in which is not something that is mentioned by Hotels.com when I booked it. At the time of writing I have not had the deposit back but am assuming that is...
