The room was extremely small and the breakfast wasn’t very good. Coffee was only free if you paid for breakfast and only during those hours. The hotel could definitely use some updates.

For the price we payed this was truly above and beyond our expectations. Lots of little extra touches that really impressed. Will definitely be visiting again. Breakfast was perfect for our needs. Staff were excellent, Especially the chef and breakfast server. Excellent location for The Bike shed and all the tourist attractions. Public transport was excellent.

The rooms have everything you want in them but be warned they are tiny. Bathrooms are tiny and I had to use the toilet sitting sideways because there was no room.

Un excellent hôtel ! Le personnel est très serviable et agréable, la chambre est propre avec de petites attentions. La literie est de très bonne qualité, tout comme le petit déjeuner. Je recommande cet hôtel pour votre séjour à Londres.

Stayed here again for an event in Shoredtich. As always location is great and I have no complaints with anything. Only dissapointment this time was firstly, we had no hand soap in our room and were instead given bodywash to use. Secondly, in our deluxe double room the bed frame is starting to come away (just the lining). Lastly... the shower door was hanging off! We managed to clip it back on eventually ourselves. Unfortunetly I don't think they have the staff to have someone come to your room if you required anything, as we asked for an Iron and got asked to come and get it. Breakfast needs a big improvement! Would still stay again despite these hiccups.
