"Excellent hotel in midtown, right next to Grand Central so handy for everywhere! The rooms were very clean and comfortable, staff went out of their way to be welcoming and friendly, and the rates were reasonable for the area.
There’s not really any lobby and no restaurant but there is an amazing lounge on the top floor (27th) with free coffee, ice and water, plus lots of comfy seats and desks/tables both inside and outside, so it’s easy to pop out for breakfast or take out pizza and bring it back to eat at the hotel. Bonus points for the amazing view of the top of the Chrysler building from the lounge (check it out after dark).
Staff were happy to keep our luggage for the day after we checked out which was very helpful.
