“Beautiful, cute and homely upstairs room. We only used the one bedroom but plenty of room for more guests. They had everything you needed to cook and stay a few days. The jacuzzi was great as well as the shower pressure and temperature. Great communication as our gps originally took us to the road over but Scott was quick to reply to get us to the right road. We walked the trail in the woods which was a nice touch. Would recommend and stay again!”

“Excellent location. Great room. Very clean. The description was 100% accurate. Bed was comfy! Area very quiet. ”

“Our stay in The Carriage House was wonderful. Sandy was very responsive, taking care of everything we needed almost immediately. The location was fantastic. We could walk to Lake Michigan beach, shops, and many great restaurants. We also enjoyed the air conditioning on hot days. We would love to return for another stay in the future.”

“Fantastic place to stay for my wife and I near Lake Ann. Will do it again.”

“Artful decoration throughout. Private wrap around porch! So many thoughtful provisions in the kitchen and bathroom. Gorgeous perennial gardens with multiple seating areas to enjoy.”

“Great place with great amenities. The beach as awesome. Only issue we had was no toilet paper. We had to run out and purchase some from the store.”

“Place is fine. Needs a little TLC. Needs new bathroom, rugs, and towels. Toilet seats are very loose and upstairs shower door leaks, and is loose. Location is good. Parking should not be extra given the size of the garage.”

“Great location very close to a local TC beach. The homeowners were very nice and helpful. We enjoyed our stay”

“The bathroom light did not work, they communicated quickly about it. Floor wasnt very clean, Beds were not very comfortable. Otherwise, it was well supplied and ok.”

“Overall a great location and nice clean apartment! Perfect for a couple getaway even with the pets!”

“We stayed in this unit June 23-25 (2 nights). Overall we were happy with the unit and the area. The only problem we discovered came a few days after we left. One of our party of 4 discovered several small bites on her legs that got progressively worse over a couple of days, leading her to go to urgent care. The doctor diagnosed them as bed bug bites. She was in the bedroom with the queen bed. The sheets on the bed were dark gray so any evidence of bed bugs would have been difficult to see,……

“We enjoy this unit because it is pet friendly, ideally located for our needs, and Michael communicates effectively and promptly with us. Thank you ”

“Clean and lovely. King bed was very comfortable.. the walk to beach and downtown to shop and eat was actually shorter than I expected. Loved the Red Ginger restaurant. Loved that it is pet friendly too. Contact and communication was wonderful. Had a fantastic massage behind us inside “THE BOX” building. Would love to go back!”

“This was a great place to stay to be close to the center of town but not completely in the mix (especially during Cherry Festival) with sidewalks and the path along the river. A lovely walkable distance to get the lake. The space was open and light and there was plenty of room for 3 adults. While we didn't cook when we were there, we appreciated how the kitchen was stocked. Nice touch in the bathroom with simple supplies one might forget on a trip. We didn't take much advantage of the common……

“Location was great. Host was responsive. Price was reasonable. Candle was well equipped.”

“Nice compact room with well-placed amenities and comfortable bed. City vibes, but close to everything. Recommend.”
