「Front desk was very kind. House keeping needs help. Had to ask for towels several times(party of 4 all girls) and they only kept bringing 2. Drain was clogged (with loads of hair) so couldn’t shower 1st night. Rooftop restaurant kept closing early-8 when front desk told us 9(one of the reason for choosing this place) as well as the one in the lobby(and team was snarky about it). 「Front desk workers, Bridgett , Brendon,and Supervisor Jay Bailey are very friendly and helpful. Servers, Holly and Justine are prompt and efficient even when the dining room are very busy. The only problem we had was the soap dispenser that attached to the bathroom wall fell off and they told us if they glue it back we can’t use it for 24 hours, so we told to fix it after we check out. 「This was a perfect little place for a solo traveller; quiet, clean and comfortable. It was a short walking distance to everything like coffee, restaurants and shops. The beach was just across the street. The room was clean and the bed was comfy. Traveller tip: the cajun restaurant across the street is a fantastic place for dinner.」
