「General stay was good, hotel was nice and clean. However access was a pain due to the dedicated app they use to access the property. I never initially received the email for activating and nor did anothe couple. Which led to a bit of a wait. Stay lets quickly remedied this however.」

「Location was different to what's on the map (it's right next door to the New County Hotel). The apartment was lovely though, looks like it's been recently refurbished and was very clean and comfortable. Kitchen was very well equipped with dishwasher and washing machine. £250 damage deposit seemed quite excessive. Not sure if they get a lot of trouble as housekeeping also came in during stay but didn't do any cleaning, make beds, or fold towels etc (I only knew they'd been because they folded...

「Yes, this property is 220 years old, but it is magnificent. The living room is expansive and the bedroom is huge. And it is all decorated with care and appropriateness. 「We spent Thurs-Mon in Jane and Malcolm’s lovely cottage. The location is incredible and we were blessed with some fantastic weather! The cottage had everything we needed. The sheep and chickens outside are brilliant and our little one had so much fun watching them. Our dog has been on some incredible walks in the woods on the doorstep and at some of the tourist areas nearby. We’ve had such an amazing stay and can’t that Jane enough for being a wonderful host! The only issues I had to work around were most mirrors in the place were placed rather high for my 5'0 stature 😄. The living room/dinning area was perfect for when my local friends came for a visit. 「去年九月已經 Expedia 預定 曾經入住過的Francis Hotel classic room，在行程單上説明會送一支紅酒的，但酒店職員説沒有顯示，最後補送了。花洒組合設計不佳，因去水平台太淺，女士們洗頭加洗澡一定溢滿平台而弄濕整個洗手間；而供應的洗澡及洗髮液只有姆指大的容量不能照顧到兩位成人住客。尤幸職員友善，及位於酒店地下的 BB 餐廳值得推薦，晚上用餐情調極佳，當晚侍侯的 Salvador 服務一流，應該一讚。 酒店整體很好，只需留意一些細節加以改善，保持水準。」

"The room itself is fine, but I encountered issues with the water temperature fluctuating in the shower. It's very difficult to control, especially during the winter season. Additionally, the location of the hotel is not very convenient for traveling in Bath, even if you have a car. (The center of Bath is always prone to traffic jams.) Overall, I believe the value of this selection is not good."
