“This hotel was great, and I truly believe it was a perfect example of getting what you pay for. The room was a little on the smaller side, especially for a couple traveling with luggage, but it was clean, comfortable, and exactly what we were looking for. What really stood out to us was the staff, who were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always willing to go above and beyond to help. The location was another huge plus, as we were able to walk to many places, and public transportation was……

“I had a wonderful stay at Eliza Hotel Istanbul. The hotel is in a great location, making it easy to explore the city and visit many of the main attractions. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, and the staff were friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout my stay. I really appreciated the warm atmosphere and attention to detail. Overall, it was a pleasant and comfortable experience, and I would happily stay at Eliza Hotel again when visiting Istanbul. Highly recommended!”

“It’s tiny the room and the shower will not fit a big person”

“Schönes Hotel mit sehr nettes personal, sehr hilfsbereit.”

“Cosy, comfy, friendly little hotel in a quiet location (except during the calls to prayer) within easy walking distance of many attractions, metro stations, trams, etc. Very good buffet Turkish breakfast. Useful kitchenette. Great value,”

“Demiray was amazing!! The staff gave us the room since 6 am, while their check in time was in the afternoon. They allowed us to have breakfast that same morning, while our plan would have started the following day. No other place would have done this. Extremely accommodating to the guests. They give guests unlimited bottles of water. The steam, sauna and the bath were amazing, so was their jacuzzi and pool. This was our second time in three years and every time we were extremely happy.”

“Great location, close to subway, walking distance to Egyptian Market and to Grand Bazar. Great stuff, nice indoor swimming pool, steam room, sauna. Would definitely come back. Marina and Saad from Windsor, Canada”

“After a bit of check-in with room issues the guest service took proactive actions to remediate my complaint. Overall the location is prime close to major sites and the breakfast options were excellent. Thanks to guest service team.”

“The staff were wonderful!”

“I had an airport transport at 3.15 am. They made a sandwich to take with me. Very kind hosts.”
