"The apartment is at the second floor of a town house close to the main square. It is nicely equipped and offers everything we needed. At the hot temperatures, climatization was a big relief when returning from our daily trips to Florence, Arezzo etc. which are all nereby. "What an absolutely beautiful stay, in a stunning place. Our host was attentive and kind, and the food was wonderful. The hotel and rooms were spotlessly clean, and particularly for my needs on a road trip with my 18 year old son, the accommodation offering two adjoining bedrooms was perfect, and we could park outside. Also very good value in my opinion. I would definitely return, it’s also ideal for couples and I would love to bring my wife here. "

"Well, having travelled extensively for the past 13 years, this Hotel must be the coldest I have ever stayed in. It was December, but there was no heating on in the lobby area or the dining area so everyone had to wear coats or thick jumpers while eating their meals. The showers were not particularly hot either. The room temperature could only go up to 19 Degrees so by the time I left it finally felt warm enough. Don't think I will stay here again... Not in the winter anyhow.."

"We enjoyed our stay so much! Gianna and her family were so nice and welcoming! I don't usually stay at properties where the family also stays, but I'm so glad I did this time! My husband and I loved the views and I made dinner in the loft kitchen twice using the fresh herbs Gianna had growing. She was so generous and left us food staples to make dinner and it really came in handy the first night when we realized that we would rather drink wine outside than go out to dinner! One thing to note about this area (and most places we visited in Italy), is the restaurant hours. Many places only open for dinner and that starts around 7pm. Lunch is over at 3pm and most places close from 3pm-7pm. Everything was perfect for our stay and the area is lovely. "

"Beautiful property!!! Accurate photos on listing. All amenities here in this very comfortable Valletta. 6 minute drive to Arezzo and wonderful walking paths everywhere. Hosts were helpful and keep property so well maintained!! We did not use pool because it was too cool but it looks like it would be great in warmer months"

"There is sometimes a fine line between rustic and dilapidated, but this property is definitely the latter. It is tired and dated, there is exposed wiring, the cot was broken, the fridge leaks water, the bathrooms are frankly grim and the aircon barely copes at maintaining 22 deg C. The house was the family home of the man who lives in a small part of the house. He can enter your part of the house whenever he wishes, and does so frequently and unannounced. It was his home, and feels like he has been relegated to the granny annexe but still misses his house. It could be a great property. It wouldn’t need much in the way of investment.The pool is lovely and large. It is an above ground pool (note the careful photography on the site that does not make this obvious). It is shallow, but apart from that provided lots of entertainment.The location is great and Arezzo is a lovely town and you are within an hour of Sienna, Florence and a bit further to many other famous destinations."
