「The room was clean, the hotel is pretty new, the shower is great. Top-notch free breakfast with daily eggs and assorted cereals and danishes. We appreciated the kitchenette with a stove top and full-size fridge. Very nice heated salt-water pool and nice small gym. The only negative was that none of the rooms have a balcony and the windows do not open. So that was a bit of a bummer to not enjoy the sound of the ocean and a sea breeze at a beach front property.」

「Any time I stay in the Melbourne area, this is my go-to place. The property is truly waterfront, quaint and lovely, immaculately clean, and really really cute. Weather dependent, I always get up and watch the sunrise from their spacious deck. There is every type of restaurant, grocery store, and entertainment within walking distance. For my tastes and needs, it's perfect.」

「Room was clean, recently renovated and spacious. Everyone I met was super friendly and very accommodating. I absolutely loved the beach bar & grill being on site. Being only steps away from the ocean, I was in awe of the east coast sunrise. The spa is located across the street a 3 minute walk roughly, and well worth it. Even met the resident beach cat!」

「The staff was amazing, the room was absolutely spotless and the entire property was breath taking. We stayed in the carriage house which was absolutely perfect. Also the location offers so many extras including pop, chips and icecream, free of charge! As well as a wine hour with snacks and an amazing home cooked breakfast with mimosas! The only downside and it is a minimul one, is that the bed and breakfast sits on a busy corner road, right across from the ocean. It does add some noise but...

「Hotel manager said this was an apt not a hotel? I stayed over a month and Housekeeping came twice. They gave us a hard time asking for towels and toilet paper and using the brooms and mops. I though this was a long stay hotel?」
