Oltre i 20 gradi non andava (se una persona è freddolosa o non sta bene, meglio tenere il giubbotto addosso anche in camera). Nonostante avessimo la camera prenotata, non è stato possibile cenare in hotel, bisognava avvisare prima! Signora anziana alla reception molto poco gentile e disponibile.」

「The hotel spa is small but clean, but the opening hours are very limited. Everything at the hotel is beautiful and elegant. It’s located next to ski lifts so there’s an easy access to the slopes. The staff is nice and friendly but has trouble speaking English but most of the visitors were German anyway. The only trouble is that there aren’t any shops or many restaurants nearby, the hotel kitchen wasn’t open daily. There’s only one restaurant next to the hotel and it’s great but variety would...
