「We have stayed at this vacation home several times. This time was the worst. When we checked in, they said there is only one key because they lost the other one. There was mold in the bathoom. There were dirty towels on the hook behind the door. We found mouse feces in the kitchen drawer, on the countertop, and in the bedroom. The dishes were dirty in the cupboard. When you spend this much on a cabin, you should not have to clean to use the kitchen. You should not have to bring your own...
