We had a wonderful time staying at your home. The location was perfect as the rest of my family was 3 houses down. The house had all the necessities we needed and gave us the extra room that we were looking for.

Great location and family friendly

The place was wonderful and great for the whole family. It had everything we needed and was very accommodating. Plenty of sleeping room with large beds for the adults and perfect sized beds for the kids. The game room was a big hit with the kids as well as the tire swing and outside playhouse. The house was clean and large enough for the entire family to relax in. Located in a quiet neighborhood with lots of walking trails close by and a nice creek that runs next to the property. The large fireplace and central heating kept the place nice and warm during our winter stay. Will definitely book again for future trips.

The cabin was amazing!! My wife and I, along with our three boys, were just so happy being there. The outdoor property was great to let our kids go out and explore. This house was perfect for our stay! If you have kids, this house is just perfect! Such a cool nook with books, toys and a cool space for the kids. The house was clean and had everything we needed. We had the best stay! The house is gorgeous and we found everything we needed for cooking. The children loved their own space upstairs to watch TV, read, play and sleep! They have provided so many great books for the kids and adults! Communication with Seem and Jason was wonderful! We highly recommend this rental!

Amazing family home!

This was such a wonderful, cozy, and FUN place to call home for a weekend! It's perfectly set up for kids with the upstairs bunk bedroom and more toys and books than anyone would know what to do with. The house itself is extremely renter-friendly (no questions about lights, provided essentials & amenities, etc). We would love to come again, although the recent ALA regulations restricting lake usage and even trail usage by short term renters put a real dent in our stay- we didn't think it'd be a big deal, but with it being so hot in the summer and not being able to stick a toe in the water, we won't be choosing Lake Arrowhead for summer fun any longer. But of course, this is NOT the owner's decision, and the home itself is absolutely wonderful (maybe especially in winter, when there are other activity options?). Happily, the a/c worked well, and we just sort of holed up at the house. Thank you so much for a wonderful home to keep us entertained.

Perfect getaway!

My family and I stayed recently and we’re already looking forward to going back! It was clean (and I have pretty high standards), quiet, had fun areas with books and games for kids and adults, gorgeous views, welcoming front room with fireplace and even close to some amazing walking trails! This is by far the best place we’ve stayed in Lake Arrowhead. The kids really enjoyed the tire swing in the front as well. Thank you for sharing your beautiful home!

Perfect for two families with kids!

This is a perfect cabin for our trip with two families with 4 kids total. There is a kids room with plenty of books and toys. Our kids were entertained the whole time there. The house is beautiful and well kept. There were tons of kitchen supplies, towels and bedding. There is a tree house in the back and tire swing which the kids loved. Nice neighbor who helped to shower snow. One of the best places we have stayed at and we plan to come back to this cabin!

Wonderful Stay in Lake Arrowhead

We had such a wonderful time at this house! It was perfect for our group of three adults, 2 kiddos (age 6) and one baby. The kids had their own space upstairs, which they loved, and spent all of their time playing with the toys up there, exploring the creek and swinging on the tire swing. The thermostat wasn't working when we arrived, but the owners were super responsive and had someone over in less than 30 minutes to check it out - and it was repaired the next day. We would absolutely stay here again and plan to!

Lovely time with the kids in Lake Arrowhead

Clean modern lovely place to stay, great place to go if the grandparents are coming along and you want to mostly avoid stairs. My kids LOVED the tire swing. Owners are great and very helpful. I was traveling with a three year old and a 6 year old and the house was perfectly stocked with books and toys to keep them entertained.

Magical stay

Our family had the most peaceful, beautiful stay here. The home is incredibly clean, warm and has more than is needed for a comfortable stay. Our 2 year old loved exploring around the property and especially loved the creek with a family of ducks that he could see from his permanent spot on the tire swing. The restaurant suggestions in the welcome book were excellent and we even enjoyed the yoga room which is such a zen place to relax. This house was perfect for our little guy as there were so many toys and books in the play room that he enjoyed. The kitchen has everything you would need and the great room has the most magnificent light. We will be back as soon as we can!
