"We had a great stay overall! The location was beautiful, with amazing views and easy access to everything we wanted to do in Big Bear. We arrived after hours, and the check-in process was smooth, easy, and well organized. The cabin was clean, and we really enjoyed having a full kitchen and a comfortable living room to relax in after a long day. Our only complaint was that we didn’t realize the cabin didn’t have air conditioning. It got pretty hot inside during our stay, so we wish we had known that beforehand. Other than that, everything was wonderful, and we’d definitely consider staying here again."

"Room was clean except for tub had some mystery debris on the rim. A lightbulb was burnt out on bedside table. There was an exposed door to the adjoining room which opened to the other room-the door to the other room was closed thankfully. A mini fridge in a motel is always appreciated but the room unfortunately, didn’t have one. What mattered was ultimately that the bed sheets were clean, the ac was cold and the tv was big! Overall a decent stay for the price."
