Big Bend Business Hotel

"This renovated historic hotel is gorgeous. There's a very old car in the lobby and lots of beautiful pictures of the hotel in earlier days throughout the building. The rooms are large and the bed is comfortable. Our only complaint was that the bathroom was very small, I suppose like they were when the hotel was built originally. The shower took forever to get warm water and the spray was so fierce it almost took your skin off. "

"Had to call police as housekeeping stole jewelry. Police even recognized her as a repeat offender but hotel refused to do anything about it. Jewelry was not recovered and no apology or compensation given. "

"Front desk did an amazing job, the ladies were very nice, our room had an issue with the sink and they were very polite and efficiently and gave us another room, we slept like a baby, they have super comfortable beds. "

"The room was very clean with great soap, shampoo and conditioner, the mattress was very comfortable and the breakfast was great! I highly recommend this hotel. We stayed in a room that has recently been remodeled and the door to the bathroom opens inside the bathroom, as opposed to opening out. So, it takes some effort to get in and out of the bathroom. There is very little space to get in and out. It is very odd and uncomfortable. Otherwise, a great stay!"
