“The hotel was very well kept and the staff were very attentive to our needs. The breakfast was fresh, healthy and plentiful. The rooms had great air conditioning and the manager was very personal and professional. You also have you own personal piece of paradise with a private beach. ”

“The room was spotless, with a big bed and all amenities. Cleaning when requested was also excellent. The balcony was lovely, overlooking coconut trees, with space to dry clothes after a day at the beach. The real highlight of Choengmon Residence was the staff. They were friendly, thoughtful, and made the best pad thai on Koh Samui at the restaurant downstairs. The mango shakes and Thai tea were also delicious!”

“We just came back from Hyatt Regency Samui after a 6 nights trip. Honestly, it was a disappointment. We are a family of 4, with 2 under 5s, and we visit at least to one tropical destinations in asia per year. Hyatt Regency Samui does not worth the room rate, with the same amount of money, I can get much better hospitality in Bali or Malaysia. Communication: It feels saff do not fully understand our instructions, the replies on customer service is slow and usually does not solve our problems.……

The property is old and dated, but the level of maintenance is reasonable. When you leave the property to go for a walk, you must take your key with you.
