「Staff was great. My 3 star rating is only because there were no sign ups left when arriving for the 3PM check-in. Without this, for the sauna or infrared room; it leaves you to be "stealing time" where you can..(also feels a bit absurd for the rate you pay.) I had to scramble out of one solo sauna after first finding it empty, because a couple had booked it, and they told me they were also booked for the infrared (double dipping also leaves others without.) Feels unfair for another guest to...

「Our stay at Cold Spring Lodge in the Catskills was fantastic. The location is perfect, central to everything we wanted to see and do in the area. The cabin had a cozy, homey feel that really gave us that classic camping experience we were looking for. Most of all, the manager, Rose, made our trip even better. Her communication was AMAZING from the moment we booked until the day we checked out. She was friendly, responsive, and made sure everything went smoothly. We’d absolutely stay here again!」

「Nice place, the grounds are beautiful. We saw deer & turkeys in the morning. Our hostess Rose is charming and gave us a tour of the whole place. WiFi was good because cell service/5g is sketchy at best in the area. Overall great place to stay!」
