My friend and I enjoyed staying at the bunk house a lot. We didn't spend a lot of time in town or around the property but it was very charming! Everyone was really friendly and helpful with any question we had. We will definitely be interested in coming back to stay again.

Beautiful location with the vibe of a vintage motel, but the updates and amenities of a more pampered stay. The staff were very helpful and kind, and floating in the pool after a long-day's drive was so refreshing. We definitely be staying here on future trips to the area!

We had a wonderful stay at Graham & Co. The staff was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful. They provided great recommendations for exploring the town, which made our trip even more enjoyable. The property was very clean, well maintained, and had a relaxing atmosphere. There were also plenty of activities to enjoy right on the property. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it!

This recently renovated hotel is delightfully retro chic. Comfortable, clean, and well run. Three fire pits make for fun evenings with children eating s'mores. Coffee ready every morning (with real milk and cream) in the reception area and continental breakfasts delivered to your door on weekends. Lovely pool area. Short walk to downtown Phoenicia shops and restaurants. We enjoyed our stay!

Graham & Co. is unfortunately an excellent example of the inflationary nature of our experiences at present. The owners have repurposed a property that was probably in disuse, in a very basic way and is capitalizing on the beautiful surroundings of the Catskill mountains to overcharge for the accommodation. The room was clean and had a comfortable bed. However, the towels were worn ( one had rust on it as did the towel hooks and various screw heads) the walls were bare, the toilet continued to run after flushing until the handle was jiggled, the breakfast consisted of a yogurt of unusual random flavors, a green banana plus a few other small items, and the heating system blew directly on us uncomfortably through the night. Certainly not worth the $415 nightly total price tag.

Coolest staff ever! The owners Martin and Joe are the perfect hosts. There's a real Catskills charm there that reminds you of the best adult summer camp. S'mores, fires, visiting masseuse, awesome dogs, and lots of laughter. It was a memorable stay ❤️

This was my family’s third time staying at the Graham & Co. and every single stay has been wonderful. My family has grown a lot since our first stay 10 years ago, so staying in the bungalow gave everyone enough space while keeping us close. The room and grounds are very clean and well kept. The staff were so attentive. We arrived very late and they were great about giving us an option of seamless access to our room. We will certainly be back soon.

We were a group of friends spread over a few rooms - our main purpose was to catch up, hang out together and let our kids play together. We did that and more at the cute little pool, the big yard with badminton set up! Everyone was super nice, accommodating and friendly! Highly recommended little motel. Walking distance to the Main Street for lunch, pizza take out, icecream etc!

We had an amazing stay! The service was absolutely perfect from start to finish. The place has such a warm, family atmosphere, and you can truly feel how much the owners care about both their property and their guests—they live nearby, and their love for this place really shows. It’s also incredibly dog-friendly, which made our trip even more enjoyable. The amenities are outstanding and make it the perfect place to disconnect and recharge. We loved grilling outside, relaxing by the fire pit in the evening, and spending time by the pool while taking in the breathtaking mountain views. We highly recommend this place and can’t wait to come back!
