「Very nice place. Everything you need is around. The house is clean, beautiful and has everything you need. Very friendly and welcoming staff. We rented a boat here on very favorable terms and spent a wonderful day fishing and snorkeling on the reefs. We highly recommend this place.」

「I would give 10 stars if possible! We are a family of 6 and had an amazing stay for a week.
Starting with things I read other negative reviews about and worried about:
Septic- yes. Sometimes you get the faint smell of a septic system. This is absolutely no different than camping, RV'ing or boating. It is not the smell of waste, its just the normal smell of the tank. This is expected in this structure of home.
Construction- the nearby construction noise was there but never bothered us and...

「Overall very happy with the property. The pool was wonderful, the beds were super comfy and the extras were much used. It is a very baby friendly house and perfect for our large group, we never felt like we were on top of each other. The location is fantastic as our kids were able to bike to many places. It is a quiet area, with beautiful views up and down the canal. Only 2 things to be aware of, there is no screened in porch but the deck is very nice and large. The sleeper sofa is not at all...

「We stayed for a week in Kim’s house. The house is really beautiful, the pool has a chiller on it which was a great bonus, the dock space was super ample and deep. The beds were actually very comfortable. We had a few issues with cleanliness like dog hair and cockroaches but it is Florida and they turned the house around the same day of our check in. 「Great views, clean and comfortable. Especially liked the elevator. Only downside was the stovetop was difficult to control. It was either barely on or full blastThe property manager was awesome. 「The condo was great! Very relaxing atmosphere, nice pool and bar. Phil had everything we needed and then some. There's even 2 fans in the closet which was perfect, because we like to sleep with a fan on. Nestled in a excellent location to everything we planned on doing. We will definitely be returning.」
