「I think this is a rental best suited for men there for golfing. It was clean. The beds were fine, shower was lovely. The kitchen had just minimal stuff… you wouldn’t want to plan to prepare much here. There was no dishwasher detergent and zero kitchen linens. Only giant garbage bags… nothing that fit any of the garbage receptacles there. A tiny amount of hand soap and one tiny shower product, not that we expected that but usually there is more. Living room furniture a bit stained and beat up....

「I had an absolutely wonderful stay. When I arrived, it was becoming clear that it was going to snow overnight and then get very very cold. I was thankful to have restaurants and grocery stores close! After stocking up for the weekend, I just stayed put, and relaxed, and really enjoyed the view of the river as I sipped tea and let the world melt away. Didn’t get to XC ski or FatBike, I was just too cozy. Maybe next time. Definitely will be a next time. This was just what I needed:)」

「We enjoyed our stay at the “Cabbage” for an extended weekend. The lake themed decor along with the functionality of items needed when staying away is great! It is so quiet and calm. We walked to the area where you can put kayaks into the lake. There were geese, ducks, and squirrels which made our dog happy. The General Store in the town of Lake is a must! You can find everything…fresh meat, produce, groceries, memorabilia, craft beers, wine…selection of all is amazing. The Pere Marquette walking...
