You`ll have access to the entire property. There`s a shed and a closet that will remain locked during the stay.
I won`t be available in person, but I`m a short message away
To use the Pontoon, you`ll be required to sign a rental contract and a waiver of liability. There is an additional charge for the pontoon and it’s out of the water during the cold months.
We require to use the top driveway and not the down hill one, since it can be difficult to maneuver.
The private beach down the road is CLOSED for the SEASON until further notice.
PETS
We allow up to 3 dogs of 50lb each, for $75 per pet per stay.
At the moment of booking, if you add you bring pets, Airbnb will add the first charge to the booking total, and we will request any additional ones.
If you want to bring more than 3 dogs or any over 50lb, please send us an inquiry, and we will approve on a case-to-case basis, at $150 per pet.
WATER AMENITIES
Not available when the dock is winterized, normally November through late April, or early May, depending on the weather!
Pontoon not available until Memorial Day Weekend.

TAP WATER
The well water around the lake is hard. We have a softener and a filter, but we still recommend bringing bottled water.

RENTAL AGREEMENT, DAMAGE WAIVER/HOLD, ID VERIFICATION AND CHECK-IN STEPS
We`re so excited for your trip! PLEASE NOTE: Our listing description and house rules mention that you will be required to complete a Guest Rental Agreement, ID verification, and Security Hold (which is not a security deposit) in order to receive Arrival Instructions to the home. Details of the Guest Rental Agreement can be found in the House Rules.
Important: When cancelling your reservation, the credit card processing fees of 3.9% + 30c will not be refunded.
If booking with a credit card that doesn`t match the guest name, you`ll be required to provide a written authorization, photo of the ID, selfie, and card showing the last 4 digits of the credit card holder, or reservation will be cancelled.
