Big Sur Hotel with Pool

"They told us they were gonna upgrade us because they didn’t have any rooms in the first floor. They gave us a room for disabled people, and we are not disabled no table and chairs there it was awful."

"We were aware there was no air conditioning prior to booking, but would’ve loved a ceiling fan or something. Stayed for the week and it was a very warm one."

"The views were spectacular. Dining in the Pacific Edge Restaurant was good. Be prepared to walk several steps & uphill to get to the rooms & parking, but it's worth it!"

"The pool was such a hit for both the kids and the adults. Breakfast was scrumptious and coupled with the exceptional service from Ms. Rebecca we felt right at home and catered to. We would definitely stay here again if we ever in the area again."

"Lobby is fine and has a nice 70’s retro vibe to it but the rooms were terrible, smell and not a $4-500 a night value. Won’t be coming back. "
