「Stuff was supper friendly and helpful! We for got some stuff in our room, called the next day and they had it for us waiting at the front desk! Would recommend staying here for sure and the airport shuttle driver was friendly and also took us back to the airport next morning to get our rental car!!」

「一間國際油名的酒店, 在整體管理及房間清潔低於一般水平. 我住兩晚, 竟然沒有人清潔房間,廢紙箱內仍然有垃圾, 沒有更新毛巾, 及收拾床舖, 查問前台人員, 竟然對答時執房的政策是alternative day收拾房間, 即是我住兩晚不會有清理房間的服務. 早上在大堂升降機與一名應該是酒店的管理人員一同乘搭, 升降機地面有水漬, 我跟他說有水漬, 他只是笑一笑, 我回來再乘搭升降機時竟然沒有清潔. 其次所謂歐陸式早餐, 冇乜選擇, 咖啡非常普通, 將預製食物翻熱, 只係讚的是,工作人員清潔台面十分努力, 對這間酒店有少少失望.」

「The Manor is well kept. The breakfast was nice, there was cereal, bread, bagels, croissants, jam, peanut butter, cream cheese, fresh fruit, yogurt, cheese, coffee, tea, juices. Served in a cozy kitchen that sat 13 people..a great opportunity to meet people and chat. There was always someone there on staff to ensure the breakfast was was stocked and answer questions. We met Brenda (owner) and had a great chat. (Fellow hockey parents😊) Our room was the Twillingate on the 3rd floor (lots of steps)...

「Rooms are a little small, we were a family of 4 travelling. Otherwise, it was clean, service was amazing, the restaurant was great and staff was very helpful. It is located 5 minutes walk to George Street!」

「Perfect cozy stay! The space was large enough for two, private, and the location was perfect! Near enough to be accessible to everything, but far enough away to avoid noise and traffic. Space was perfectly decorated! We loved that there was no TV! Staff was also very helpful!」

「The receptionist was very polite and welcoming, on check in and out. Bathroom was roomy and the shower a treat! The bed was very comfortable. The kitchenette was modern, clean and only lacked a wine glass! Would definitely stay again. Thank you.」

「Check in staff were great and allowed us to check in early which was great, however the staff and service at the restaurant was just terrible overall, so I’ll leave it at that. Overall the hotel is showing its age and is obviously due for an upgrade/ refresh. Definitely not up to “Sheraton” standards that’s for sure. It’s definitely not the same Hotel Newfoundland it used to be that’s for sure.」

「This hotel is old and tired. It needs a total updating. It was 15 C outside and we ran the AC full blast the entire time and the room was always 24 - 25 C. The bathroom fixtures were salvaged from the wreck of the titanic and the hot water was scalding, very easy to get scalded if you weren't careful.
