To start Andreas was really an excellent host and it was quick and easy to communicate with him. The apartment is in the quiet area within walkable distance to the metro station Plentzia. It’s spacious and it’s equipped with everything you need.

Great location in Basque Country!

Property was clean and in a great location to access Bilbao and beyond. We stayed 1 week, then went back for another week. Andreas was extremely helpful and personable.

The Barrika Neighborhood

This property is in a quiet neighborhood, but you have access to the metro into Bilbao and a fabulous highway system leading you to wherever you wish to go.

Gerne wieder

Vom ersten Moment an erlebten wir eine gute Zeit. Andreas Orive ist ein sehr freundlicher hilfsbereiter Gastgeber. Meine spanischen Sprachkenntnisse sind nicht sehr umfassend und so freuten wir darüber, dass Andreas sehr gut deutsch spricht. Die Ausstattung und Pflege der Wohnung ist sehr gut, alte und neue Elemente sind gut kombiniert. Alles ist sehr sauber und gepflegt. Der Parkplatz befindet sich direkt am Haus. Die Zufahrt von der Hauptstraße bedarf jedoch besondere Aufmerksamkeit. Das Haus steht an der Straße nach Plentzia die relativ stark befahren ist. Aber keine Sorge im Haus ist es still und der nächtliche Schlaf wird nicht gestört. Plentzia ist gut zu Fuß zu erreichen, ma muß nicht die Hauptstraße entlang laufen. Vom Bahnhof in Plentzia fährt man mit der Barrik Karte (kann man an einem Automaten am Bahnhof erwerben und kann ich nur empfehlen) sehr kostengünstig nach Bilbao mit der Metro fahren im 20 Minuten Takt. Die Landschaft ist wirklich wunderschön und lädt zu vielen Ausflügen ein. Gerne kommen wir wieder und können diese Unterkunft anderen Interessenten empfehlen.

Fantástico apartamento en un entorno muy agradable. Bien comunicado con Bilbao, 15 minutos en coche o metro cerca, y con maravillosas playas al lado donde desconectar o surfear. Apartamento muy cuidado, amplio y limpio con todo lo que necesitas, incluidos canales TV en streaming. Camas muy cómodas. Propietario muy amable te dejan provisiones para desayuno, agua y café. Si podemos volveremos muy pronto para seguir explorando los alrededores que son maravillosos y la magnífica ciudad de Bilbao.

Andreas ist ein sehr sympathischer Gastgeber, der keine Fragen offen lässt. Die Wohnung liegt an einer viel befahrenen Strasse liegt aber günstig um die Umgebung zu erkundschaften. Bilbao ist in 25 Minuten mit dem Auto erreichbar, Vitoria-Gasteiz 1 Stunde und Guernica 50 Minuten.

El piso es muy amplio, muy bonito y da al valle verde detrás de plentzia. Se puede ir andando a Plentzia. El dueño tuvo muchos detalles bonitos : árbol de Navidad, café, todo para un bebé (hasta cucharas para bebés), se agradece mucho.

Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung mit allem, was man so braucht und mehr!

Sehr schöne lichtdurchflutete Zimmer, bequeme Betten, große Küche mit vielen Extras (vorh. Tee, Kaffeepads etc.). Super liebe Vermieter. Schöne Gegend für tolle Spaziergänge. Wir ( 2 Erwachsene und 2 große Hunde) haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt!!
