"The staff was very friendly and helpful. The beds were comfortable and the bathroom was clean and in working order. The breakfast was as described; we grabbed a drink and a yogurt on the way out. The hallway rugs were not vacuumed and our room smelled musty. The musty smell subsided somewhat once we turned on the air. Overall a comfortable stay except for the musty smell."

"Super secluded and special place to unwind and disconnect. We really enjoyed the proximity to Owensboro. The hosts were very friendly and helpful during our stay and made us feel at home. Furnishings were all very comfortable. Lots of room to roam and enjoy."

"The host was responsive and so flexible with us because we had our campground cancelled last minute due to the water levels. The house was nice and as described in the listing. The proximity to the water made it easy to pull our boat up to shore and load up. Everything about the place was perfect and we're already starting to plan our trip for next year!"

"Beautiful home with two large decks overlooking the lake. Accommodated 12 very comfortably. The only two negatives had nothing to do with the house, host or rental/check-in. The road back to the house is in complete disrepair, and there was limited parking."

"Lake view is top notch. Overlooks a cove so you can watch plenty of watercraft drive by. Within 15 minutes of restaurants and the state park which was nice. No dock or lake access from the home even though it’s right on the water. Master bedroom is a separate building, which isn’t ideal when you have kids. Also, the pictures show a triple bunk bed, that is no longer in the home. It is now a queen bed. It’s a lovely little getaway though!"
