“Excellent location and all we needed”

“Beautiful cottage. Wonderful decor and spotless. Lovely comfy bed and great nights sleep as area so peaceful. Wonderful village main street just 3 mins walk to pubs and lovely eateries.”

“Clean and nice”

“This was a fab place to stay. Surgically clean and the check in process was smooth and easy with quick responses from staff and was able to check in early. Modern and comfortable bed. I’ll definitely stay here again.”

“This is a great property in an annex of the main house. Barry and his wife have really taken great care with the decoration and presentation of the property. Very spacious and met all expectations, nice bathroom with toothpaste, razor, deodorant, soap and shampoo all available. Similarly the new kitchen was well stocked with bread, butter, jam and eggs, tea, coffee and milk, not to mention the red and white wine and bottles of beer. I couldn’t have been happier and great value for money. I’d……

“Thank you to the whole team for our stay! Everyone thoroughly enjoyed the mansion, and it’s superb and well kept facilities. We couldn’t have really asked for a better place to celebrate. I’d recommend the stay to anyone!”

“Gorgeous apartment, clean & easy to access. Thanks for a great stay.”

“Great location and place for family. Our little girls had a great time. Playground was amazing addition to our trip and they enjoyed it very much. Lot's of things to do in surrounding areas with children, so would definitely recommend this place. The only downside for us was missing some comfy outdoor chairs and big pot in a kitchen. Other than that, very happy 😊”

“As a family we were exploring the area and this was a great location very close to the train and a grocery store. Walking distance to many areas. Owner was very helpful to us.”

“Great stay for one night decent apartment comfortable worth the money”

“Great accommodation a short walk from the train station and town centre in Preston. It had a homely feel and felt private, with a good level of cleanliness. It was easy to contact the host, who clearly cared about us having a good stay. Would return!”

“The host Donna was brilliant, the service was great and she kept intouch with me. The room was lovely and had everuthing you need. I highly recommend to stay here. I am looking forward to staying again in the future. ”

“Amazing property, clean, spacious, excellent location and well resources. I definitely recommend.”

“Good potential but had to negotiate for access to swimming and breakfast on check-in (which was part of listing in the first place!). Quite embarrasing to have to do this in front of other guests in the line when it should have been straight forward. Family enjoyed the stay in the end thankfully. The image of the Hydro-Spa should be removed as its an extra fees.”
