阿姆斯特丹 Bimhuis 劇院, 阿姆斯特丹, 北荷蘭, 荷蘭必遊景點

Chic, youthful, energetic but well balanced. You can have your quiet or make friends depending on your preference. Various room options for different travellers. Great location too.

According to the description, the hotel is very popular and is 4-star-rated. However, the room amenities are very old and like 2 to 3 star rated. We stayed for 5 nights but no one changed the blankets and bed sheets. Also no one refilled tea bags. The towels are little bit dirty (we found some black dots ? mould or stains) and some were torn before we used it. When we found that the wall painting was broken after check-in, we informed the receptionist and they just replied, “what do you worry?” and no further action was made. The housekeeper also did not clean our used cups, and garbage bags not changed daily. Overall, the room cleaning service in this hotel was the worst I experienced in my life. When we checked out, we honestly told all things to the counter manager, though he sincerely apologized for his staff and helped us to take luggages to the pickup point, I will not recommend anyone to stay this hotel.
