「The hotel has tremendous opportunity however the hotel felt a bit rundown and the experience wasn’t to its full potential. The property is very well situated, great rooftop pool, large rooms with balconies but once again everything was a bit lacking in polish. The toilets didn’t have seats, the hot water was lukewarm at best, the room had a bit of a sewage smell. I am of the opinion that this hotel could be a real 5 star with a bit of investment and a stronger service culture that could elevate...
