「I stayed with my family and a 4 year old. It was absolutely fantastic. Staff was on point very gentle and professional always smiling. From security to front staff to everyone who works there. The hotel was spotless. Lovely clean pools. Life guards always at hand. Breakfast was in abundance. Always lots to choose from. I would not hesitate to recommend anyone and family and friends. The room was hugh. Very spacious. Quite private. Everything worked in our room. Very hot water beatiful pressure....

「The pools and waterpark were great. One of the pools was heated which was good for one of the cooler days. The free shuttle bus into Marrakech was much appreciated, so we could do some sight-seeing. All of the staff were super friendly and looked after us.」

「Only 10 minutes walk to old medina and 20 minutes walk to railway station. Includes a breakfast with a variety of choices. Room is well decorated with a balcony, yet there is a very big problem - you may not have hot water in your room, which you may not take a bath!
