「My fith time here - love it - great city break. This time we came for a friend’s special birthday, all three friends that had never been, loved it too! The staff are so helpfu/lovely, food good (& im a fussy eater), love the aqua and lots of things you ‘can’ do if you like. Heated pool for the cooler months is wonddrful. There’s a shuttle bus to/back from the medina but cabs to the center are reasonable (with a bit of haggling :-)). Can’t wait to go back! 」

「Notre séjour au Kenzi Menara Palace était super ! Très bon accueil, le personnel est au petit soin, très gentil. L’hôtel est spacieux et très propre. Le petit déjeuner est varié. 「Only 10 minutes walk to old medina and 20 minutes walk to railway station. Includes a breakfast with a variety of choices. Room is well decorated with a balcony, yet there is a very big problem - you may not have hot water in your room, which you may not take a bath! This big problem is the only problem, the others remain good - friendly and helpful staff, a large pool with a poolside resting area, etc. Hope that they can make an improvement on the hot water system, and if they can, I will stay...
