「Not great, will not stay here again. Super 8 used to be a pretty nice hotel, now it's bottom of the barrel.」

「The landscape after the window is opened is beautiful like a painting, you can see the train, bridge, snow, mountains, and boats. The pool is great and the hot pool is nice. The downside is that you can hear footsteps from upstairs on the lower floors.」

「Does not provide shampoo nor bodywash, but that is OK if it is informed ahead of time. Otherwise there is no complains.」

「It is a nice remodeled hotel, staff are very nice and willing to help anything. the only thing is the AC system is not functioning well, and the location is little off far.」

「The hotel was quite disappointing for the price. The pool temperature was advertised to be in the 80s, but it was actually only in the 70s, making the water feel freezing! When I mentioned this to the front desk staff, they brushed me off. Additionally, the restaurant was understaffed, resulting in slow service. We requested a late checkout, but our request was not honored. Will not be going back.」

「We checked in late. The lady who helped us was very kind. We stayed for the weekend, and they are updating stuff. So we tried to use the shower, and it wasn't draining, so they moved us to the new building and rooms. Very beautiful and clean, I loved how they treated us here. We felt out of place being from a different culture and race, but this made us feel human, and they always smiled. No one was rude, and I appreciate that so much.」

「Everything was great. We love coming here. The only complaint I have is the A/C unit not working properly and there was no windows to crack for ventilation. So we got very, very warm which interrupted our sleep. 」
