「This hotel is worth 2.5 stars at most. Our generous evaluation is 4/10.
1- Reception desk did not have my reservation already paid with Hotels.com. They had to take picture (with their phone) of files in my phone. They had rooms available so they asked that I pay upfront. I insisted that they check with whomever responsible. A few hours later things were settled.
2- They did not know that my reservation was for 3 days so each day the room key was deactivated, I cannot get into my room and had to...

「Un accueil parfait et souriant, notre bus est arrivé très très en avance et malgré cela nous avons été accueilli comme des rois avec le petit déjeuner offert ainsi qu’un thé pour nous réchauffer. On nous a même prêté une chambre pour nous reposer en attendant que notre bungalow soit prêt.
Les petits déjeuners sont très bons. L’hôtel est très bien situé tout est accessible en vélo.

「The receptionist of the Homestay was very friendly and helpful. The room was cozy and had complementary beverages and snacks. Breakfast was included, which was fresh made and delicious. After our visit, we even received some more snacks for our trip back to Hanoi. I can definitely recommend it. 」

「The hosts were extremely friendly and their granddaughter ( Camelia) was a great help in communicating in English. We experienced a typhoon while there which destroyed a lot of local fruit trees and left us without power for a few hours on the second night. All together a decent stay and on a side note transportation will be required if you need to eat out. 」
