Bintan

"The rooms were beautiful and modern in an outdoor setting. The staff was incredibly friendly, helpful and accommodating. Both our early arrival and our late departure were no issue. Messages were answered promptly on WhatsApp, and ferry terminal pick up/drop off were seamless. Location was excellent - within walking distance of the beach, Lagoi Plaza and Lost in Scale Park and just a short drive to the ferry terminal. The in-room breakfast was also delicious! Top Bintan Island Hotel Reviews

Banyan Tree Bintan

10/10 Excellent

"This is not your typical sterile resort hotel, the same the world over, perfectly serviceable, but with no soul. Banyan Tree Bintan charmed us into loving the place. Yes, the drains may have been a little smelly at times, the doors didn't fit properly and our villa could have done with a refresh, but the privacy, the attention of the staff and the food were all exceptional. It felt like we were properly in Indonesia even though we were less than an hour ferry ride from Singapore. Our villa had an amazing view and was kept spotlessly clean. Housekeeping, delighted in leaving us towel sculptures and decorating our rooms with flowers. The infinity pools were stunningly beautiful and quiet. The massage at the spa was one of the best I've ever had. Staff were delightful, engaging, nothing was too much trouble and issues were dealt with swiftly. They clearly take pride in doing their best. We left feeling relaxed and refreshed - exactly what was needed."

10/10 Excellent

"Enjoy our stay here. The staff’s hospitality is top notch. Keeping in touch with you on all your needs, they can arrange. You don’t really need to leave the hotel area as you can enjoy most of your time in it. The spa is really good! Hands down one of our fav."
