"Excellent customer service from the security to check in counter and housekeeping staff....super convenient...next to the mall and ferry terminal"

"Rooms are very basic. The linens were not very clean and had stains on them. There was also no view from the window. The staff were not helpful at all. I would recommend looking for other places to stay in the area."

"Sound proofing is really really bad. You can hear the sound of people, cleaners along the main corridors because of the hard flooring. Music from the KTV below went on until late at night. Also it smells of cigarette smoke. There are also no security safe, no fridge, no hair dryer. "
