“A Magical and Heartwarming Stay at Relais Casali della Cisterna
We originally planned to stay for just one night, and ended up staying for two, simply because we couldn’t leave!
Relais Casali della Cisterna is a truly special place, elegant, peaceful, and full of warmth.
From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with genuine kindness. The hosts, Simona and Alberto, went above and beyond to make our stay perfect, offering great local tips, and always making us feel at home.

“We booked a room for 2, but an extra twin bed was already there, so we are given a room for 3. The room is classic, clean and comfortable, with good air conditioning (but only Reception can adjust the temperature ) The wooden floor squeaks when stepped on . During our stay the elevator was out of order for a few hours, but quickly fixed.
Breakfast is decent. Overall very one here is very nice .”

“An absolutely amazing stay! This place has one of the most breathtaking views of Lake Lugano—truly unforgettable. “Extrem hellhörige Zimmer und sehr kleines Bett im Einzelzimmer. Das Frühstück ist sehr gut und das Personal höflich. Die Ausfahrt auf die Straße ist schlecht einsehbar, was bei einer vielbefahrenen Straße schwierig ist.”
